Call for Nominations

Submission Deadline for Awards:  March 2, 2012, 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time

Please have all the information and material available to complete the nomination, as you will not have the opportunity to save and return to the nomination.  The required application documentation should be assembled in a single pdf file.  Once you have submitted the nomination form, you will receive instructions on where to email the required pdf file. The required documentation, are described in detail under each Award.  To view the details, click on the Award/Prize name below. Briefly, these are:

• Heinz Berendes Award – manuscript in PPE format
• Student Prize Award - manuscript in PPE format and letter from mentor
• Mentoring Prize – letter of nomination, 2 additional letters of support, nominee curriculum vitae
• Rising Star Prize - letter of nomination, three most important publications, nominee curriculum vitae, 2 letters of recommendation

Nominations will be reviewed based on the application documentation provided.  There will be no opportunity to amend nominations, even if the original nomination was incomplete.
